It's basically just doing an RBG without much concern for group comp. Instead of searching for a specific class or spec, you just take a certain number of each role with you, kind of like a raid. So instead of "LF RDruid, MW Monk and Boomkin for RBGS" you get "LF2 heals and a ranged for RBGs, pst."

Most people seem wow gold to think that you can go into an RBG and get Conquest for AFKing, but Conquest for losses only occurs based on how close the game was. So if you go into a BG and never cap a single flag or earn a point, then you get no Conquest. And, like I said, you get a reward for Conquest based on how close the game is, so even if you only get like 25 points in BfG and then let the other team 3 cap, you're only going to get a very, very minimal amount of Conquest. It would be faster just to do 2s at that point.
