casting/shooting while moving or something

dgaf if peeps cast on the move but they need to make dmg nerfed to 50% if you are casting/shooting while moving or something. Something you trade for that freedom. Right now you generally trade nothing for doing full damage at 40 yards while moving.po world of Warcraft

there is literally no downside to being ranged where there is a multitude of downsides to being melee,

obviously such a thing would have to change a number of other things for balance but it would be more fun gameplay.
