Thanks for everyone's feedback on this issue. These quests are supposed to encourage PvP, but remain PvE friendly, so the more information we can gather regarding what might still be flagging players is helpful. The following hotfixes have already been implemented:


    Players are no longer flagged for PvP combat when engaging Lieutenant Ethan Jacobson.
    Players are no longer flagged for PvP combat when engaging Chief Engineer Cogswrench.
    Getting in combat with euwowgold.fr NPCs in Domination Point will no longer cause guards to assist them.
    Removed Kor’kron Elite near a quest objective.


Obviously, some of you still seem to be getting flagged inappropriately. If you are still being flagged incorrectly, we'd like to address it.

It will help us investigate if those of you still experiencing issues could please let us know what exactly you were doing when you were flagged.

I'm not aware of ever providing a month or two, we generally don't know a patch release date until a couple weeks at most before it's released. The estimate for the end of this month is still just an estimate, and could very well move.

Patch releases are dependent on many factors, not the least of which is testing and bug fixing. When we can we po wow like to be able to give a couple weeks heads up so you can plan, and specifically prepare for currency down-conversions, as well as PvP season changes when applicable. In the past we've become a little shy about providing a heads up because if and when dates slip there's been a strong negative reaction. I think we're at a place though where the majority of people understand release dates can and do slip, and are at least appreciative of being informed.

If our estimate changes we'll let you know.

Just to avoid any further confusion

Just to avoid any further confusion, there is no Stromgarde scenario in patch 5.4, and what you’ve seen datamined is little more than a developer experiment with a stand-in name.

This happens quite often; developers will put something quick together to test out some new tech or functionality,euwowgold.fr and the remnants occasionally slip through to the PTR files where dataminers can get ahold of them.

So, just to be clear, there is currently nothing related to Stromgarde in production. That’s not to say it’s a location we’ll never revisit, but should that happen, it will not be in 5.4, and the recently datamined files will not be part of it.

Having tons of different buttons to push doesn't make you smart or good at the game. Having fewer buttons doesn't make you dumb or worse at the game. A literal comparison of # of abilities to # of abilities is not a valid comparison for depth of play or complexity that a skillful player wow po can use.

If you have 30 buttons and your rotation is to push each button in order from 1->30, is that a smart game? Can you as a skillful and smart player press those buttons from 1->30 better than a worse player? Now what about if you have 5 buttons that require situational awareness, combo off each other, and a skilled player can achieve let's say a ~10% DPS gain over someone else using those same 5 buttons just by making smart decisions of when to press them.

What's your opinion now on what number of abilities means to making combat complex, smart, or skillful? Do fewer skills actually mean a "dumber" game? Does more of something just seem better? Is context of mechanics/gameplay/skill trumped by counting how many of something there is?

I know a lot of you are looking forward to having your realm connected (or even just knowing when and who you'll be connected to), but keep in mind that these initial connections are to test the various steps and results of what is a very involved and complicated process. We need to make these initial connections, nail down the processes, find and resolve any issues we run into, etc. before finalizing next steps as the results of the tests euwowgold will have a direct impact on how and when we make all future connections. The realms connected thus far were chosen specifically to help identify potential issues, and not necessarily because they would benefit the most from a connection.

It's not set in stone, but our current plan is to allow group leaders to set their own restrictions (such as ilevel) when wow or using the Group Finder tool. We'd rather allow players to be upfront about such things than create a situation where an undergeared player is joining groups just to be immediately kicked as soon as the leader inspects them.

I personally don't think WoD will NOT fix anything

I was having this conversation with my buddy yesterday. I personally don't think WoD will NOT fix anything.

As long as:
1. warriors mobility is crazy like it is, the game will suck
2. mage damage requires not setup, wow po just the passage of time, game will suck
3. mana bars are not an issue. Mana is what makes pvp fun, you shouldn't be able to completely ignore mana. Only time its even remotely an issue is for healers, when they fight wizard mirrors. Remember when mages actually went oom, they were a hell of a lot more balanced back then. instead of mashing spamsteal.
4. Passive abilities stay high. +20% dmg reduction, some random spell that prevents you from dying, healing tide, guardian spirit. Everyone hated cloak of shadows when it was introduced, for good reason, so blizzard decided to build a whole game around immunites and dmg stoppers. FAIL
5. Spell cleave being able to make 100k more mistakes and still win in a cc chain.

This game started getting really bad somewhere along the time that RMP started playing like HLD when you just start po wow hitting whatever is available instead of using actual strategy. And I personally don't see anything changing in the future.

Unless all that is fixed, this game will still be a train wreck like it is now.

Warrior (Updated) patch about Talent Changes

A few Warrior talents also were in need of revision. First, Second Wind was problematic; it was sometimes too weak, and sometimes too strong. We chose to change it from a passive health regeneration effect to the new Leech effect, so that low-health Warriors have to maintain combat in order to benefit, instead of kiting, hiding, or otherwise playing defensively. Enraged Regeneration was changed to account for the removal of Enrage from Arms.

The level-45 talent row was removed for crowd-control disarmament reasons, and also wanted to allow you to choose more rotational complexity through talents. We replaced the row with new talents, many of which are specialization-specific, giving you a variety of playstyle choices for your Warrior.

For the level-60 and level-90 Talent rows, certain combinations were proving problematic. We decided that Stormbolt would better compete with Shockwave and Dragon Roar, and that Bladestorm would better compete with Avatar and Bloodbath, so swapped Stormbolt wow po and Bladestorm's positions. We also adjusted the effects of a few talents in order to make them more competitive with the talents on their row.

    Bladestorm is now a level-90 Talent, swapping places with Stormbolt.
        Bladestorm no longer allows use of Shouts except Demoralizing Shout while active. It does still allow the use of Taunt, Enraged Regeneration, Shield Wall, and Last Stand.
    Enraged Regeneration now heals for 100% more but the amount healed is no longer increased by being Enraged.
    Dragon Roar’s damage is no longer reduced when hitting more than 1 target.
    Mass Spell Reflection’s cooldown has been reduced to 30 seconds, but it now replaces Spell Reflection.
    Second Wind no longer directly heals the Warrior while active. Instead, Second Wind grants the Warrior 10% Leech while active, which causes the Warrior to heal for 10% of all damage and healing done by the Warrior while active.
    Stormbolt is now a level-60 Talent, swapping places with Bladestorm.
    Staggering Shout has been wow or removed and replaced with 3 new talents that vary by specialization.
        Arms: Taste for Blood: Each time Rend deals damage, gain 3 Rage.
        Fury: Furious Strikes: Wild Strike costs 10 less Rage.
        Protection: Heavy Repercussions: Shield Slam deals 50% additional damage while Shield Block is active.
    Piercing Howl has been removed and replaced with a new talent, Sudden Death.
        Sudden Death causes auto-attack hits to have a 10% chance to make the next Execute free and useable on any target, regardless of health level. These Executes do not consume additional Rage to deal additional damage.
        Piercing Howl is now available to all Fury Warriors as a baseline ability.
    Disrupting Shout has been removed and replaced with 3 new talents that vary by specialization.
        Arms: Slam: Slam an opponent, causing 100% weapon damage. Each consecutive use of Slam increases the damage dealt by 50% and Rage cost by 100%. Requires Battle Stance.
        Fury: Unquenchable Thirst: Bloodthirst no longer has a cooldown.
        Protection: Unyielding Strikes: Devastate reduces the cost of Heroic Strike by 6 Rage for 6 seconds, stacking up to 5 times. Once this effect reaches 5 applications, its duration will no longer refresh.

We made several improvements to the Glyph system. While leveling, characters unlock Glyph slots at several specific levels. However, in order to get glyphs, characters need to visit an Auction House (and potentially pay way more gold than an average character of that level has yet), or know a Scribe from which to request them. Blizzard seeks targeted feedback on beta quest bottlenecks

Questing bottlenecks plague the release of every World of Warcraft expansion -- if you were an Alliance player trying to play the night of Mists of Pandaria's release, you probably have nightmares about a certain gyrocopter. This time around, the developers are specifically seeking feedback about such bottlenecks. In the words of QA representative Zorbrix:

Targeted Feedback Request: Quest Bottlenecks
Bottlenecks are basically the term we use to describe situations that stop players from questing at their normal pace. Players tend to progress through zones and quests at different rates, but if a quest target (object, drop rate, or mob spawning rate) is too rare, it can really slow players down. The fastest players will run into this first, and they might get through without too much of a reduction in their speed, but just like a traffic jam on a highway more and more people will pileup behind them.

Zorbrix has created individual threads for each Warlords zone for beta testers to submit specific feedback. Beta testers, be diligent in reporting potential bottlenecks -- for those of us interested in doing meaningful testing, catching bottlenecks before they go live will undoubtedly have the largest positive impact on gameplay during the expansion's launch.

WoW Moviewatch: Westfall Pumpkins

Westfall Pumpkins is a tale of not-so-friendly competition between two determined farmers entering into a pumpkin-growing contest. Like any good rivalry, the pair are in no way content to wow gold let the other do their thing, and just can't bear to be outdone. Warlords of Draenor: Ashran preview

The zone preview train keeps chugging along. First we had Talador, Gorgrond followed, and now we're given a look at Ashran.

Built upon the remnants of an ogre civilization, Ashran looks deceptively like a nice enough euwowgold island just off the coast of Tanaan Jungle. And it probably would be a lovely place to visit if not for the never-ending tug-of-war between the Horde and Alliance taking place in the central region of the zone. Then again, this might just be just your kind of excursion.

In Ashran, the Horde and the Alliance continue their long tradition of ruining everything they touch. Though home to the new faction hubs, Ashran is primarily a PVP zone with "world PVP" in mind -- though it maintains the essential elements of a battleground. Objectives are based around a tug-of-war, though it involves pushing rather than pulling. Each faction pushes down a lane toward the opposing faction's base, capturing points along the way. A powerful Ogre King awaits players at the central hub, aiding whichever faction can prove their might. A faction with dwindling resources will spawn NPC captains to aid them, some of which are named for known PVP personalities in the http://www.euwowgold.fr/ community.

Beyond the battleground elements, Ashran also has several other points of interest that will aid their faction's efforts and provide currently unspecified rewards. The zone preview also explains there are numerous personal goals littered throughout the island, encouraging players to venture out and find them -- luring more players into potential PVP conflict.

He's stepping down, as the Army is sending him to Belgium, which will make leading raids a bit frustrating. So a bunch of us cleared some raids up to the final boss. We killed a boss and then moved on. One of those was Kil'Jaeden in Sunwell. With 18 guild members, KJ didn't last very long. A number of people had never seen him and I think his arrival is one of the best boss arrivals in the game. We offed him in about three and a half minutes.
I take a lot of screenshots of guild events and this was no different. Here, KJ is being pulled back into the Sunwell. That's Tarsan to the right. Shoulders on fire, KJ is struggling to stay outside, to not be consumed. It's just a game, but this photo struck me. Is he thinking wow gold of lost causes?
